Buying Condos? Do It In a Blizzard

Before buying a condo unit, you should consider the timing you’ll be looking for one.

If you buy condos when the market is slow, with more sellers wait for buyers, you might be able to purchase one that’s cheaper. And even if you buy one that’s a bit expensive, at least you get a prime one that wouldn’t be available if you went out and buy at a busy time of the year.

The busy months are from March to June. One of the main reasons is that most people are able to go out and buy a condo. The slower months are during the rainy and winter seasons. During these months most people are on vacation or stuck at home because of the weather.
