Living alone in a condo can be downright expensive, so one of the better alternatives is getting a roommate to share the rent. However, there’s no way anyone can predict how things will develop over time. What do you then? Let’s ponder on some things before you even look for a roommate.

One of them is your personality. Are you the type who likes to take it easy after an exhausting day at work, or do you want to rock out after? Would you just rather watch TV on weekends or have a party inside your condo every payday? Do you like loud colors or zen-like surroundings?

Once you’ve figured it out then it’s time to draft an ad or look for potential roommates with the same personality around you.
