Better Safe Than Sorry

Closed?

Sometimes, it’s easy to look around and see the beautiful view overlooking the city, the amenities of the condo unit, and the size of the bedroom. However, some totally overlook the security of the place. Here are some tips to make your condo a little more safer.

When someone goes to the door, look through the peephole first. If it’s not someone you know, don’t open the door but rather ask what he or she wants from you. If your gut feeling says that the situation is not good, call your police or your landlord.

Always lock your doors or windows, even if you’re at home. Doors and windows left ajar would signal to would-be bad guys that you’re an easy target. Check all locks and latches. If they need repairs contact your landlord immediately to have them fixed.
