Because you are purchasing a unit in a building you would be sharing with other people,you have to consider that you will be living with others who also want their privacy. It pays to respect that privacy.

As for maintenance fees, it may be more costly, but it definitely helpful if you’re very busy with work and are too tired to fix up when you get home.

Sharing. As much as you want privacy, you can’t expect to get extra special treatment (unless maybe you’ve paid for it). There will be times that you need to compromise especially in the common areas. Patience is a virtue!
